HYPER MARKET

A hypermarket (sometimes called a hyper store or supercenter or superstore) is a big-box store combining a supermarket and a department store. It’s a retail facility carrying a wide range of products under one roof, including full grocery lines and general merchandise. Hypermarkets allow customers to satisfy all their routine shopping needs in one trip.

A hyper market can be operated in an area of around 7000 sq. ft. to 10000 sq.ft.

STAFF STRENGTH

Hospital kitchen staffs may be in the range of 100 to 150 people.

Investment required is in the range of 2 to 5 crores depending upon the size of the venture.
